What KindAI collects

When you complete the Business Systems Snapshot, KindAI collects the contact, business, workflow, selected business pressures and working-preference details you choose to provide.

How the information is used

The information is used to review your request, prepare for a conversation, contact you and improve the services relevant to your enquiry.

Storage and access

Review requests are stored in controlled business systems. Access is limited to Matthew and authorised systems supporting the review and delivery process.

AI-assisted processing

KindAI may use AI-assisted tools to organise, summarise or analyse information. Raw contact details and unfiltered answers are not sent to the KindAI Brain as general learning material. Important recommendations and external actions remain subject to Matthew’s review.

Sensitive information

The Snapshot does not ask for a diagnosis. Please do not include passwords, access credentials, payment details, medical records or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Sharing

KindAI does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers required to operate the website and workflow, or where required by law.
